Bart, a Bloomfield resident, will talk about COST and give an overview of Governor Malloy’s Budget Message (being delivered that morning). COST gives municipal leaders information on legislation and policy, and provides resources and contacts for local officials. It acts as the voice for small towns (139) and conducts lobbying for member towns. Bart is a dynamic speaker and one of our most knowledgeable policy wonks. Join us for what will be a most interesting presentation!!
